NCHW™ Registry

In our ever-evolving healthcare landscape, the role of Community Health Workers (CHWs) has grown more important than ever. At Everyday Life, we’ve made it our mission to support these invaluable professionals by delivering consulting services that enable them to excel in their roles and enhance community health outcomes.

Today, we are thrilled to announce a new chapter in our journey — a strategic partnership with the National Community Health Worker (NCHW™) Registry, an innovative initiative to recognize and support CHWs nationwide.

About The NCHW™ Registry

Set to launch in June 2023, the NCHW™ Registry is a comprehensive database and resource hub, developed by CHWs for CHWs. The registry acknowledges the critical work of these professionals across the United States, offering recognition, resources, and opportunities for advancement.

Why We’re Excited

As an organization specializing in community health, Everyday Life has been a long-standing advocate for the work of CHWs. This partnership aligns seamlessly with our mission to optimize community health services and workforce development. We combine our vast experience and insights in workforce development, program design, and process improvement to complement the NCHW™ Registry’s objectives.

What Our Partnership Means For CHWs

This collaboration is more than just a partnership between two organizations. It’s about creating an environment that empowers CHWs to thrive professionally while enhancing community health outcomes. Here’s what this partnership will deliver

  • Professional Development: By creating a centralized platform, we aim to foster learning and professional growth opportunities for CHWs, offering skills enhancement and career progression resources.
  • Coordinated Health Services: The Registry will function as a crucial connection point for CHWs across the nation, enhancing the coordination of community health services and leading to improved health outcomes.
  • Recognition and Advocacy: The Registry brings deserved recognition to CHWs and advocates for their critical role in the healthcare system, helping to strengthen the profession and broaden its impact.

In the months ahead, we’ll work closely with the NCHW Registry to ensure the platform serves as an empowering and effective resource for CHWs. We believe this partnership will be instrumental in advancing the field of community health work and achieving health equity for all communities.

We sincerely thank our partners, CHWs, and everyone committed to advancing community health. For more information about the NCHW Registry and its upcoming launch, please visit https://chwregistry.com.
