HIGHLIGHTED CURRENT WORK
As telehealth and curriculum consultants, Everyday Life provides telehealth guidance and curriculum design and support to Grand Valley State University’s College of Nursing.
As training consultants, we train new and existing community partners on how to use the text-based High Touch, High Tech e-screening to connect pregnant patients to prenatal care.
As project managers, we complete grant writing on behalf of RCHWN, supply CHWs to the network for their CORE project, and support their social media and website creation and maintenance. We also created the I Am A CHW campaign, campaign toolkit, social media graphic templates, and national outreach.
As program coordinators, we facilitate all quarterly and steering meetings, conduct research on relevant organizations, and create and manage social media and website accounts for the group.
HIGHLIGHTED PAST WORK
Everyday Life supported Michigan’s State Innovation Model. Everyday Life’s team provided customized frameworks and tools, project management, subject matter experts and training to MDHHS and the five Michigan regions working to improve local wellbeing by addressing social determinants of health.
