The acronym J.E.D.I. stands for Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Learning the concepts behind these words and the ways in which our society is embracing them is paramount to success in today’s world. This session will highlight the four words that arechanging a nation, and how bringing them into our lives, businesses and every day practices can help heal communities.

• Understand why and how embracing J.E.D.I. practices can benefit entire communities
• Learn the difference between performative and true allyship
• Learn how to advocate and create J.E.D.I. practices that bring positive changes at home, work, locally and nationally
